It was an average hotel. The room phone did not work. Unable to use my Netflix as the web browser on the TV is not updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a conference the days we stayed so dining was restricted to room service only. We did not use the room service except to get ice and ate elsewhere.

The room has digital thing on the door where you can choose to ask for housekeeping to clean our room, but it was not done. I guess digital thing on their door doesn't work. That is the frustrating part, but the rest of our stay, hotel is very nice, clean, relaxing and beautifully designed.

Staff were excellent. Shower Drainage was clogged, no dial tone on the phone, free shuttle was not available. Found a cockroach and a bug on the floor. We requested to put on room deodorizer in the room because it smells like seeping sewage. The room design were modern but can’t get passed these issues. They are nice to recognize the problem on the shower drainage the management returned us a favor with free breakfast. Smell and bug issues are not acceptable at the room rate we paid.

Fairly new. Great deal for the quality of the place. We had an issue in the 1st room but was promptly moved. They even helped with the shuttle to the airport.
