The room has digital thing on the door where you can choose to ask for housekeeping to clean our room, but it was not done. I guess digital thing on their door doesn't work. That is the frustrating part, but the rest of our stay, hotel is very nice, clean, relaxing and beautifully designed.

Staff were excellent. Shower Drainage was clogged, no dial tone on the phone, free shuttle was not available. Found a cockroach and a bug on the floor. We requested to put on room deodorizer in the room because it smells like seeping sewage. The room design were modern but can’t get passed these issues. They are nice to recognize the problem on the shower drainage the management returned us a favor with free breakfast. Smell and bug issues are not acceptable at the room rate we paid.

Fairly new. Great deal for the quality of the place. We had an issue in the 1st room but was promptly moved. They even helped with the shuttle to the airport.

Initially I booked a 1 night solo trip and within a week I stayed again with my friends family and the staff was so considerate to give me a warm “welcome back” :) Super clean facility and rooms were more than I can ask for. If I were to comment on one thing, kindly letting underage children who use the pool to not walk around the hallways drenched in pool water. I saw water foot prints everywhere but the staff were efficient and they cleaned up not too long afterwards. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Oh, also the evening staff was super helpful when I checked in late to help me order food via foodpanda app. Thanks again for making my stay so memorable!
