Peaceful cul-de-sac location with little to no traffic, minutes from all the amenities. Beautifully decorated and updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1950 square foot home with attached garage on a quiet cul-de-sac just off the golf course and 1/2 mile off Highway 434! The house is nestled in the pines with easy access to activities, restaurants, and downtown. Its central location is only 5 minutes drive to the ski hill, hiking, and ziplining, 10 minute walk to the Country Club and golfing, less than 3 minutes drive to town, a 5-7 minute walk to Olympic Family Park and the Angel Fire tennis courts, and minutes away from walking trails. The house was built in 1999 with updates made in 2018! It features a bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The roomy downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a third trundle bed. It is connected to a 3/4 bath. The spacious master and primary guest bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king bed and private bath with a double vanity and a shower/tub with Jacuzzi jets. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a third bathroom within 10 feet. The guest bathroom has a large vanity and shower/tub. The laundry washer and dryer is located upstairs between the bedrooms. A spacious living room with a 25 foot vaulted ceiling, a dining area, and a kitchen make up the rest of the downstairs. The design makes for a perfect flow between all three areas. There are two decks attached to house. The front deck has a dining table and outdoor furniture that can seat guests comfortably. The back deck is equipped with a grill, bistro table and two chairs with six additional adirondack-style chairs.

Great for family ski trip in Angel Fire
We booked this for a family ski trip and everyone was happy with the house we picked. Check-in was simple and location was easy to get to/from the Angel Fire resort parking each day. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Mountain Getaway
This is our 3rd summer in a row staying at this property. We’ve enjoyed our stay every time, & hope to make it back again next summer. We enjoy the size of the house & the amenities. There’s plenty of space for the family to spread out. We like the proximity to good hiking trails, Taos, Red River, & the Rio Grande Gorge. It checks a lot of boxes for a family getaway with the access to the great outdoors & nice shopping in Taos & Red River. We’ve been happy with our stay here.

Exceptional Property
This is an outstanding rental property in Angel Fire NM. The house was perfect, just as described in the listing. Paul (the owner) was very responsive to all my texts and gave us some terrific suggestions on places to eat. The house was immaculate, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect for everything - golf, skiing, mountain biking, hiking and fishing. Red River is only 25 minutes away if your looking for another great mountain town and something else to do. We absolutely loved this property and the Angel Fire GC area, hope to go back very soon! Well kept home in central location.
Easy to connect with the host for any questions prior to booking, before arrival and during the stay. The location is wonderful in the country club golf course with nice views of the fairway. The driveway was level and the hosts had cleared it prior to our arrival. It is very accessible in the winter and we had no problems with our minivan. The house was very well kept and had all the amenities needed. Best of all was a bunk room on the first floor with bathroom and trundle. This fit all the kids perfectly. The upstairs had two very nice suites. Nice windows and views in the culdesac. Plenty of deer, rabbits, birds, and wildlife just walking around the neighborhood. We had a medical emergency come up and had to cut our visit short. The host were so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back next summer!

We had an absolute wonderful time. We woke up to deer and turkeys in the yard every morning which our children loved. The neighbors were kind and gave us tips on where to find great places to go and the peacefulness created by this host was just what our family needed. The best get away
We had a wonderful 3 week visit and loved having this home as our base camp. It's perfectly located within Angel Fire, close to everything, but it still feels secluded on the cul-de-sac. The hardest part about having this rental was leaving!

Lovely place !!
This was the perfect house for our family if 5 (includes 3 college kids). Love the location. Deer walked across yard every day. Beautiful walks in the neighborhood. House was perfectly appointed. Even had ping pong and darts which was great for our competitive family! 10/10 stars. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great property in Angel Fire
This was our 2nd time staying at this property, & we’ve enjoyed our stays both times. There are plenty of amenities & plenty of room for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. There are a number of trails within walking distance from the property. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. There were deer outside almost every morning. It also makes a great location to explore nearby Taos & Red River. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Property
We loved staying at this house during our ski trip. It was roomy, far more room than two people need. The house would work comfortably for a party of four or six. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-equipped, and the whole place is spotless and attractive. Snow or shine, there are deer in the yard every day. Being nature-lovers, we enjoyed watching the bucks and does munching grass or licking snow while we sipped our morning coffee, and again while we ate supper. Very serene and relaxing. Though the house isn’t on the main resort road, it’s a short, easy drive into town or to the lifts. Would stay here again.

Great Angel Fire stay
Wonderful location with clean and well maintained space. Comfortable bed, nice quality linens. Owner was responsive to questions and was able to provide recommendations when asked. This trip was just adults but the house was well situated for families with a cute bunk room as well as games and plenty of dishes, etc. We would definitely bring our kids here.

We had a wonderful experience in Angel Fire. The home was very nice and had everything we needed. We loved watching the deer in the neighborhood. They would come by every morning to say hello. Snow was cleared quickly after it snowed. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Cute place, great location!

The best Christmas ever!
We loved staying in this vacation home over Christmas 2021. Our 17 year old had never seen snow and we were lucky to witness snow all day Christmas Eve. Not only did we have a white Christmas, but the cabin was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of people, and settled right in the woods it was the perfect vacation home. The owners were very accomodating to us. We had no complaints at all.
