The private primary suite contains a king bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and private balcony for enjoying the mountain views with your morning coffee. Need to do a little work while away? No problem—a full size desk in the primary suite has you covered.
Down the hall, a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and TV is a perfect retreat after a full day of fun outdoors. The third bedroom offers custom-built heavy-duty bunk beds for sleepers of all sizes. Need room for a couple more kiddos? BASECAMP also has two stow-away mattresses and a “pack-n-play” crib onsite for guests. The full-size washer and dryer upstairs will freshen your gear for the next day's adventures.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
