Casa Feliz is a beautifully redecorated New Mexico retreat with gorgeous views of the forest and Wheeler Peak, a wood-burning fireplace, and a media room for the entire family! The ground floor is fully ADA-compliant and the open living space is perfect for group gatherings, whether you choose to prepare homemade meals in the kitchen, soak in beautiful views or commune with wildlife on the deck, or enjoy games or gathering in the cozy living room. There is also a full bath and a king-size bedroom on the ground floor.

The walk-out basement boasts an 82-inch flatscreen TV for a serious movie night or the big game. The upstairs master suite shares the same amazing views of Wheeler Peak from the king-size bed and the soaking tub. A second roomy bedroom and large bath are also found on the second floor. Finally, the mountain-getaway vibe continues in the bunk room, with solid log bunk beds to sleep eight more guests.

What's nearby:
This area truly experiences all seasons, allowing you to ascend mountain peaks in the warmer months and test your skills on the slopes at Angel Fire Resort (four miles north) during the winter. You'll be two miles west of great fishing at Monte Verde Lake, and only three miles southeast of the Angel Fire Country Club for a round on the links. Head into the town of Angel Fire (four miles north) to find a café, a brewery, and a few restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
