"The Staff went above and beyond. They took time and effort to connect with us in the lobby, in the dining hall and otherwise. They wanted to know our flight out and when they understood that our flight out was later than our checkout time, they were offered to extend our check out. Chef Dibyojyoti heard us call out Mishti-Doi and packed us a gift of much more - fresh Bengali sweets. We would have loved to stay more just because of the warm hospitality. Seems like the staffs has an amazing sense of pride in what they do and are given the authority to take care of guests with personalized and individual attention. "The property is new and the design of the hotel is well thought out and the furniture and bed and amenities are all world class. The location is in a new development so it is a little out of the way. Bangalore traffic is a concern if you need to go into the city. Outside of the hotel there is not much going on. There is a mall that you could consider as an activity. The staff is great and they make you feel at home. They are very attentive to your needs. The breakfast was included and was quite extensive and everything tasted great. Again the staff at the restaurant are very helpful and have a high regard for hospitality. Overall we loved our stay at the Leela Bhartiya city."
