A Great Mountain Cabin!
We really enjoyed our visit to this mountain cabin. Everything was really nice. We loved the views and the setting. A deck with views and a fire pit. A nice lighted pergola was cool too. A really nice cabin with comfortable accommodations. The drive getting up to was to be expected for a mountain cabin. A 4 wheel drive is probably recommended but could be done with a front wheel drive with good tires. They had a nice book with suggestions for food and entertainment etc. We kayaked three lakes while there. Nantahala, which is closest, Lake Santeetlah and the amazing Fontana Lake. We’d love to rent again in the future for more kayaking. Such an amazing area and mountain cabin. Loved it!

Gorgeous cabin - peaceful with beautiful views!
Our stay was wonderful! This well cared for, newer cabin exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell the owners take great pride in their property. Everything is thoughtfully laid out, organized, and clean. There was a nice little basket left stocked with snacks and waters as well as Kcups and creamer for the keurig. There are other cabins on either side, but they are obscured by trees. It was so peaceful. The view from the decks out back were breathtaking! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The cabin was well marked and easy to find. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again.
