"Location was good for a base to travel around the local area. Not made to feel welcome upon arrival as we had our dogs with us.Quality of kitchen and en-suite was very poor and not shown in the apartment photos."

The building looks old however inside the apartments have been beautifully renovated to a high standard. As well as the inside space we had access to a huge balcony which we made great use of; dining, drinks or just enjoying the wonderful views overlooking the olive trees as the sun sets. "This place served as a great vantage point to nearby sights. It is situated in a quiet olive grove which is particularly stunning at night. The pool and gardens are kept magnificently. The restaurant is great and well worth enjoying. Bruno will take excellent care of you. The staff can seem a little abrupt at times but I think this is the trend in the south. "This is a beautiful, unique place to stay, deep in the south Puglia countryside on an 18th century farm. The pool is huge and absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by wisteria, and there are lovely walks in the grounds. The team couldn’t have been more friendly, offering us a second connected apartment for no extra charge to give us a separate space for our baby to sleep undisturbed in the evenings which was very welcome. "Communication was easy once the booking was made. Fabrizio was friendly and helpful with infomation. The farmhouse is a few kms outside Leuca and it was so peaceful and nice settings. Highly recommend to have dinner at the farmhouse. Wholesome homecooked meals and great value for money. Bought 2L of olive oil from the farm. Wished I had more space in my luggage to buy more. The Olive oil from the farm was excellent!! "

Bei drei der bestellten Gerichte fehlte entweder Fleisch in der Soße, Soße auf dem Fleisch, das Fleisch wird gegrillt statt geschmort. All dies war anders als auf der Speisekarte angegeben - aber trotzdem sehr lecker, nur halt nicht, was dort steht…. - man muss beim Duschen aufpassen, nicht das gesamte Zimmer...

"The masseria is pure paradise. It's a quiet place to stay and rest. Maria Rosa and Salvatore are very kind and available to help. They do everything for your stay to be more than pleasant. The room are spacious, very clean, very nice and fresh which is appreciated in this area :-). The pool and garden are amazing. Would you want to taste the local product, go for the aperitive plate. They will bring you Spritz or Salvatore's bio wine with amazing cold cuts and cheese. Delicious."
