"Very limited hot water in the shower which is odd for a newly renovated room. Ice is only available at the check-in desk which is even more odd. Motels have had multiple icemakers around the property for 100 years. That definitely needs to change."

"This is a wonderful local get away. A nice surprise to be so close and such a beautiful property. The restaurant was amazing, the live music was fun and made it even more personal. The secluded areas you can hide away and enjoy a glass of wine or the common areas you can enjoy being with others as well. The rooms are very nice and relaxing. Beds were comfortable along with the chairs on the private balcony. We will definitely stay again."

"The Forest House is a cute property within walking distance of downtown Georgetown, where there are many great places to eat, drink, and relax. The property is very accommodating and a comfortable place to stay. The pool and backyard area are very nice."

"We had the wrong code to get in but the property manager was quick to respond and help get us in. The apartment is beautiful, roomy and comfy. The shower is blissful! Parking is covered and the elevator is handy. Linens are a little stained but clean. It is a close drive to a lot of shopping but still felt away from the busyness of the city tWe would stay again.
