"We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!"

"We spent one night here whilst touring around Switzerland. It’s a lovely hotel on the side of a hill overlooking Lake Walensee. Hotel is in good order. As with virtually all hotels in Switzerland, there is no air conditioning so it is recommended to take a mini fan with you if visiting in the middle of summer. "

"Convenient location, clean and functional but a little noisy with trains, bells and traffic outside. Windows blocked noise well but in 30C we had to keep them open at night. Room lights all ceiling strip Led lights which can be intense. Lovely staff, nice restaurant."

"Great hotel, rooms were immaculate; clean really well furnished new, fabulous showers, comfortable beds, really good coffee machine in rooms, and great breakfast. Things to note: Checking was easy at a self checkin machine we only saw one member of staff at breakfast. This was not a problem for us. You are right next to a train line, bring ear plugs as there is no air-con so you will want the windows open in the summer and the freight trains at night are LOUD! Ear plugs fix this though. We had adjoining rooms as a family of 4, this is a great option as the room are spacious, there is a kitchenette however it is not equipped (apart from coffee machine kettle mugs coffee pods and tea bags) so if you plan of cooking you will need to bring pots, pans, utensils etc. just something to be aware of. We would definitely stay again. "
