"The hotel was very good. Clean, spacious rooms with good view of hills. The staff was very helpful and polite. Especially the restaurant "Vyom" within the hotel is pretty good. Their Mandir Thali was amazing. The manager at Vyom is the best host I've come across. Their receptionist staff Balasubramaniam helped me to buy Darshan Token. Overall great experience. "The hotel takes pride in their service- from check in to room service and dining. All requests are met ASAP. We even saw some guests being unreasonable but their needs were catered without any complaint. We highly recommend the Kai Reataurant. The chef is a very talented person who can make all kinds of Asian food and present them very creatively. We are there twice. Breakfast options were also great. "

"When booked for 2 rooms, they initially alloted rooms in different floors. Have to argue with the staff to get rooms side by side in the same floor. Took more than 30 mins to get the luggage into the rooms"
