"The hotel was absolutely spectacular—everything from the cleanliness to the decor and amenities exceeded my expectations. However, the bartender service was a bit slow, which was disappointing given how amazing everything else was. Overall, still a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!”"

"Fantastic service, really close to Jardin, perfect to enjoy the mountains and the town at the same time. Staff extremely friendly and always ready to serve. For sure we will come back to this place. "Mauricio, who met us at the door and tends the Casa, is great - friendly and informative. The furnishings are a bit basic and the black out curtains aren't totally effective. The location is walkable to the Plaza and on the quiet side above the river which you can hear running all of the time. Looking around Jardin, I'm not sure that we could find a better spot."

"Unsere Erwartungen an ein Hotel zu diesen Premium Preisen war wesentlich höher als was wir vorfanden. Check-in & Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen und die Drinks waren gut… obschon kleine Portionen. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist traumhaft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht, da alle Villas vergeben waren. Die Zimmer waren geräumig mit sehr bequemen Betten und riesigem TV ausgerüstet. Die Zimmer waren gegen den Hügel ausgerichtet - leider keine tolle Aussicht. Die Fenster waren dreckig und es...

"Very nice stay on park. Restaurant on first floor, this hotel is next to church on park so you are in the middle of everything. Many cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly and room was clean."
