There are multiple spaces in the public/lobby area to gather and read or visit with others.There is a fireplace area, other sitting rooms, a bar and dining option on the main floor. Disadvantage in my room is there is no door to screen one when getting in or out of the shower, so if multiple persons are in the room there is no privacy to dress or undress."

"We loved our stay at the 21C in Bentonville. We found it to be very enjoyable and and we will definitely go back. The staff and art are amazing. If I had one complaint it would be for such a nice hotel their bathroom amenities were not great . I think for the price you pay for the hotel they could put in 2-ply toilet paper. I know that is very nick picky but I hated what was there. "

"When we entered our first room, it had not been torn by down by maid service. They immediately got us a new room, and everything was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and well organized and the breakfast was awesome."
