"Unfortunately, the elevator was out, and I had to carry a cooler multiple times to the third floor, but other than that the staff was fantastic and breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had in our six weeks since Helene displaced us. Surprisingly, even better than when we stayed at the Hilton downtown Anderson. Staff very helpful seeing if food was safe for the kids allergies. "

"My experience has always been great. But, on this visit, the downstairs gill was not up to standards. I ordered a burger and fries. Thinking it would be handmade and tasty. It was a frozen patty dry with no taste. The fries needed seasoned too. Very sad that this happened. I have eaten at the grill several times with my stay and the food has always been good. New cook? "The moment we walked in, the front desk personnel Shea greeted us and helped us get our room. She remembered our names and greeted us anytime we were spotted. We had a one night stay for a wedding but this is by far the best stay I have ever had at a hotel. I wish we had more time to enjoy this hotel and the area around it.
