PANORAMIC views of Broadway lake from anywhere in the house! Multiple seating areas all along the lake for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. You can also go for a swim, fish from the dock, row, relax or even bring your own boat!
- Water front with private Dock, Canoe/pirogue for 2 (life jackets provided), Hammock, Outdoor Firepit and Gaz BBQ.

* GREAT place to be by yourself and be one with nature or have a romantic getaway with your special someone* Far enough from the city for peace and quiet yet close enough that you can make a quick trip to the store if you forgot anything. Tucked in the woods surrounded by only a hand full of small houses. At walking distance to: a local park, a public golf course, a restaurant with stunning outdoor area over looking the lake(delicious food and drinks at J.R. Cash's on Broadway Restaurant & Bar.)

Parking on premises can hold 2 cars/trucks and is boat/camper friendly. Across the lake is McFall's Landing where guests can launch their boat.

- One dog maximum if you are bringing a pet, no exception. No cats allowed due to allergies.
- Extra mid stay cleaning fees for long stays (over 28 days)

Quick getaway
If you're looking for a place that is so quaint, quiet, and relaxing this is the perfect place. My husband and I spent a couple of days just for a quick getaway and it's just what we needed. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise and peaceful waters was beautiful.We look forward to booking our next getaway again.
