Chilled out family break
This property is located very close to the beach, with the promenade route easily followed to the commercial centre of andernos les bains. House is equipped with everything for all family members, cycles etc . The proximity of small shopping area at end of alle du golf, means fresh bread and veg every morning. A very chilled out area, the pool being the main attraction for my family. Property could benefit from Air Conditioning or Fans, but this is a minor issue. All in all an excellent break Mr Blanc, is always helpful and we will definitely have this property on our revisit list. All in all excellent..

Amazing house and location, perfect for the family
This is a beautiful house in a brilliant location. It has everything you could ask for, comfortable living area, good sized garden, swimming pool, bikes and beach a minute's walk away. A bakery, fruit and veg store, fishmongers, cave and pizzeria were at the end of the road. There are bicycle piste's to get to town/ the market. It was perfect for our extended family, especially the children. There are children's travel cots/a highchair and toys too. Mr Blanc was very helpful and responded immediately whenever we had a slight issue. Our only gripe was that the gas stove was temperamental, however, he said this would be fixed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Super vacances en famille dans un quartier residentiel avec acces aux commerces en 2 min de velo (au bout de la rue) Maison bien entretenue. Piscine propre sécurisée pour les enfants Jardin agréable. Maison bien équipée pour les grands et les tout petits avec pleins de jeux pour enfants. Nous y retournerons bien volontier. Hôte disponible et très arrangeant pour le départ et l'arrivée.

Perfect gelegen dicht bij het strand, met een fijn zwembad, trampoline voor de kinderen, en een handige gas-bbq in de tuin. De eigenaar gaf geweldige tips voor lokale restaurants. Een topkeuze voor een gezinsvakantie!

L'ensemble reste correct et conforme aux descriptions de l'annonce. Cependant, les équipements et le ménage pourraient être améliorés afin de rendre le tout plus harmonieux : cafetière, bouilloire, aspirateur, balai et serpillère hors d'usage. Ménage très succinct nous avons refait les sols quelques heures après l’arrivée. Piscine agréable et emplacement excellent.

Très bon séjour familial
Claire et moderne, la maison dispose d'un jardin agréable et d'une piscine chauffée ainsi que d'un trampoline qui fait la joie des enfants. La plage est à 50m à pied de même que la piste cyclable qui longe la mer. On ne peut toutefois pas espérer se baigner sur cette plage à cause de la vase et du manque de fond. Mais tant d'autres sports sont possibles !

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
Il est bien agréable de vivre dans cette maison. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine ou les pièces à vivre, la véranda est un vrai puits de lumière. La piscine est chauffée, bien entretenue et le jardin est équipé pour y manger à la plancha. Enfin la plage est à peine à 5 minutes à pieds ! Suggestions d'amélioration : propreté et une 2è salle d'eau.

Superbe maison au calme avec piscine chauffée et à deux pas de la mer
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. La piscine chauffée est très agréable. L’endroit est calme et à deux pas de la plage/mer et également proche de toute commodité (boulangerie, carrefour, poissonnerie…a moins de 10 minutes à pied). La maison est très bien équipée. Monsieur Blanc a été très disponible. Je recommande sans hésitation et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Agréable maison dans un joli jardin
Séjour agréable dans cette maison qui comporte un grand séjour avec une belle véranda. Le jardin est plein de charme, bien entretenu et fleuri. La piscine chauffée est bien exposée toute la journée. Seul petit bémol une seule salle de bains et une cuisine petite. Mais en été ce n'est pas très gênant. Je la recommande sans hésitation.

Toujours aussi excellent !
Deuxième année que nous revenons dans la propriété de M. Blanc, et tout est toujours parfait. La piscine chauffée qui permet de se baigner même si les températures extérieures ne sont pas très élevées, le trampoline, les équipements de la maison, sans oublier les vélos qui nous ont permis de nous déplacer autour du bassin. Bref une semaine de vacances au top !

Excellentes vacances en famille entre amis
Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans cette agréable maison. Ses points forts ont été la piscine chauffée et sécurisée dont tout le monde a beaucoup profité, le trampoline qui a fait la joie des enfants et a permis aux parents de faire des apéros tranquilles, les vélos mis à disposition pour de belles balades le long des nombreux km de pistes cyclables de la région, et bien sûr, la localisation idéale à deux pas de la plage et à 5 minutes des commerces (boulangerie, poissonnerie, maraîcher). Malgré l'absence d'un 2ème WC, la maison reste fonctionnelle et dispose d'équipements pratiques tels que le wifi, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Le propriétaire a également été très réactif tant lors du processus de réservation que lors de notre séjour. Nous nous réjouissons déjà de revenir à Andernos l'année prochaine !

Bonne découverte
Nous avons choisis cette maison pour son emplacement et selon les avis des précédents locataires. Bonne pioche, car nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Piscine agréable, jardin appréciable mais surtout c’est son emplacement qui est à noter, même si les vélos sont nécessaires si on veut pas prendre la voiture ou bien marcher beaucoup. Seuls quelques points seraient à améliorer, par exemple : un peu plus de casseroles par exemple mais c’est vraiment pas grave, on a fait avec ... Bref, une belle découverte dans une belle région à découvrir.

Très bon emplacement tout proche bassin , jardin très agréable et reposant, très bon accueil
Notre seule déception à l'arrivée à été le niveau de propreté générale ; certes difficile à maîtriser par un propriétaire entre périodes de location ; Mr Blanc a compris et réagi très rapidement. Un décrassage annuel des sols et un rafraîchissement des chambres situées dans le bâtiment historique seraient certainement nécessaires. Et quelques ustensiles / plats comme couteau à découper, moule à tarte seraient utiles côté cuisine.

Superbe maison très lumineuse et bien agencée !! Piscine en très bon état avec terrasse en bois très sympa. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et disponible pour résoudre les problèmes que l'on pourrait rencontrer très rapidement. Accueil très chaleureux de plus! Seul bémol: la présence d'une seule toilette pour une capacité de 8 personnes. Merci pour ce séjour! :) (ps: peut-être faut il envisager d'inclure le ménage dans vos services, afin d'éviter une situation de stress le dernier matin...)
