"We stayed there for a one week cycling trip. The chalet is perfectly equipped. All new and clean. The view from the terrace is great and soul soothing. Location is perfect to explore some of the big mountains without having to use the car. The host is super responsive. "

"As a VRBO owner myself, with 5 stars, I would expect the hospitality of owners with guest to be much better. They wrote a message to me a day before arrival stating there is no internet, and call them for the check in details. There was not an “I am sorry for your inconvenience.,..” They did try to have a company fix it. And after 4 days without, they had someone drive up a hot spot box. We used our own data for days.
