"Stayed 8 nights with my family. The staff top, superfriendly and good, everyone. The hotel amenities, the room, pool and others are good but not a five star. Also we had a very bad experience with our bathroom. The showers are in a very old style booths, ours was broken and as soon as you used it the entire bathroom got full of water. "Lovely place to stay . It is run by a family and they were very kind. The owner spend a lot of time to put the football on for us as we are a Barça fans . Cleaning lady was very thorough and the apartment was spotless every day . She was very nice too . Overall I will recommend this hotel . We spend 5 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids . The only downside I will say is that the food wasn’t the best but it was ok "

"Pics are deceiving… the pool was closed at 6 pm, not 7 as they say. The beach is accessible through a steep hill (no stairs) and the elderly will barely make it. Resort needs more renovations. Nothing but small towns/villages around, no walking paths. You’re pretty much locked in the hotel. Food was good but the choice was limited like in Cuban hotels. No evening entertainment programs. "Complete luxury every single day. Food and service cannot be beaten and the resort is beautiful and offers everything couples or families could wish for. Rooms are due for an upgrade soon but do not let that put you off, they are still immaculate and have everything you might want. Sea views and sunsets are breathtaking "

"Hotel was very comfortable, including the beds. Spectacular sea views from Deluxe double room. Staff were genuinely very helpful although they could do with more people serving coffee at breakfast and we couldn’t find an option for tea. Private beach with an elevator was great although a bit messy with litter at back of beach and esp around bins We only had breakfast there and ate out for other meals "

"Hotel with greatest staff ever, literally everyone working here are nice, friendly and conveniently doing job. I had trouble with the car, the hotel manager himself came and helped. It was not easy task but the problem was solved thanks to him! "

"Worst experience I have ever had! I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless! Her son handles everything who apparently has a “busy” shop and doesn’t keep track of things! After a month of calls, yesterday she used foul language towards me, saying that it’s better that I never went, and that I am bothering her! STAY AWAY!!!!!!"
