Updated! Clean and Comfortable 2bdrm Condo in Downtown Girdwood

Live the ski town life this summer and winter! Enjoy view’s of Mt. Alyeska’s North Face from our cozy balcony. Convenient access to bike paths, restaurants, and shops as well as the Girdwood ‘ski bus’ year round that makes stops all over Girdwood and Alyeska Resort. Our condo is approx. 1mi to the day lodge/ski lifts, but you don’t need to walk take the ski bus!! It stops for passengers a few steps from the front door. This unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a covered balcony with seating and fire pit. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private full bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 full sized beds.

We had a wonderful stay. When we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful and spacious the place was. Great location and the balcony was a nice space to relax. We would certainly stay again.

Trip of a Lifetime
The condo was clean and comfortable in what we feel was the best location. Waking distance to restaurants and a short trip to the mountain. Owners were so helpful and kind. We cannot wait to go back!!

We sure appreciated the spaciousness and how nicely equipped it was! Loved the views and the fireplace on the balcony! We drove down to Crow Creek Mine to try our luck panning for gold and saw a bear on our way home! Such fun!

The condo was perfect.’the location was amazing and owner very responsive when we needed her. It is such a great location. From here we visited Talkeetna (and a little closer to Denali), Seward, Homer and Kenai. We hope to visit again and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic Place for spring getaway
We used the condo as a jumping off point for multiple activities around Girdwood, Whittier, and Anchorage. Seward is also very doable from this location as a day trip. The property far exceeded our expectations. We had 5 adults total and it was well sized for that many people. The kitchen is fully stocked with any equipment you will need. Everything was very clean. If we make it back to this part of Alaska, we will definitely stay here again.

Good spot in Girdwood
The location and property were both excellent. We appreciated the 2 bed 2 bath layout. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in if desired. We did breakfast and one dinner in the unit. The deck and the views were really a great asset as well. We reall enjoyed our time there. I would happily recommend this property to others. Girdwood is a neat little town.

This condo was such a gift after staying in 1 hotel room with 3 adults for our first few days in Alaska. . My husband, daughter and I loved the beautiful space. We could wash clothes and eat in. The kitchen is well stocked. Dont miss out on the cool porch as well. 5 star place!

Excellent place to stay in Girdwood!
We had a wonderful time at this VRBO rental in Girdwood; it served as a base camp for our ski weekend at Alyeska. The hotel is quite overpriced and pretentious these days, so having an affordable, secure, and relaxing place to stay after skiing was great. We were able to walk down the street to different restaurants and the grocery store, and the ski lodge is only a 5 minute drive away. The neighbors were very quiet and respectful, we slept great, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils for making our breakfasts and late-night snacks. Our one qualm we had was the toilet paper. It was 1-ply, so maybe bring your own toilet paper for when you stay here. Everything else was fantastic, and we will be back!

Great location and living space!
Lots of room to spread out in the condo with split bedroom plan with personal baths, great deck for relaxing, firepit helped us stay warm during the cool evenings, grill was great and used the outdoor pizza oven too! Only negative comment I have is that I had to touch up/clean the kitchen a bit. Location gave us great access to Anchorage and to the peninsula for exploring to the south.

Absolutely great condo! Everything you could want/need. Fully stocked kitchen utensils (plates,cups,silverware, pots,and pans). Coffee maker and electric tea pot. There are even leftover food items in the cabinets and fridge/freezer. We used some, left some. Washer and dryer was nice. Laundry soap included. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Scenery is spectacular, as is all of Alaska.
