Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. A great place to stay. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, spacious, quiet, well equipped and conveniently located a short distance from the airport and downtown Anchorage. The host (Alison) was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent location, well equipped for guests, large apartment. We’ve already booked our next stay. We highly recommend this VRBO. We’ve stayed in many that have been set up solely as a business and often not comfortable—-just a place to stay. This is so different as it’s a home away from home.

Perfect cozy stay
Our flight was delayed to anchorage so we didn’t not get to the Vrbo until 11 and we had to leave very early. However, this place was the perfect place to get some good rest! The bed was so comfortable! We wish we had a longer stay here. We will definitely hope to return!

This stay was absolutely fabulous. It was the definition of home away from home! We arrived to amazing little chocolates left by the host and even a pantry of snacks. Will definitely be staying here again if its available during my trips.

Was needing a night away close to home and this place was perfect!! Everything you need plus that comfort of home, which is why I chose this option over a fancy on the outside hotel with a cold stiff bedroom. Absolutely will refer and stay again 😀
