This South Anchorage home is clean, open and bright with a unique modern design. The property is fully equipped with everything you will need in order to cook, relax and unwind after a long day. The location of this home is a perfect launching point for daily adventures in the Anchorage area and offers quick access to the Seward Highway. Chugach State Park hiking trails are a short 10-minute drive away. The home is 15 minutes from Downtown Anchorage and 10 minutes from the airport.

The unique design of this home includes white washed pine tongue and groove ceiling, a spiral staircase and special Alaskan accents. Windows and French doors fill the home with light from every corner all year round. Home is nestled on a large lot with mature birch trees, charming landscaping and a fully fenced-in yard. The southwest facing front law is perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the summer sun.

The cozy house
Its a great house for a multi generational stay. Grandson called it the cozy house. Very clean and responsive host. We loved finding a few surprises.

Wonderful stay in this spacious house. Our group (5) felt very comfortable. All amenities were taken care of. Great location, too. We had multiple vehicles, but the driveway was huge and accomodated all. Host was terrific to work with and very responsive. Would definitely rent this property again!!

Perfect stay!
This location was great for us. Easy to get to from shopping, to eating, movies. Plenty of coffee stands along the way for a quick morning coffee. House was easy for the dogs, yard was great for getting some energy out. Very, very clean and simple home! Everything was shoveled and graveled on arrival from the ton of snow they had received. Looking forward to staying again in the future!!

You won't be disappointed!
Great place, tastefully decorated! My dogs enjoyed the fenced-in yard and the wooden walkways were especially great considering it's currently "break-up" season (melting snow, mushy/muddy soil) in AK. Being able to access/use the garage was ideal too - we stored our Costco supplies there until it was time to head back home.

Cute place with lots of thoughtful touches. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens. Kitchen was well stocked, many pantry items included which were unexpected (oatmeal, baking supplies, variety of spices, canned veggies, coffee and tea). Easy location to everything in Anchorage.

Door handle upon entry needed repair. We were so busy the entire weekend we did not reach out to property owner (my apologies). Thus we just jiggled it to get it to work for us. Overall my guests enjoyed the space, it was clean and in close proximity to my home in Anchorage.

Great spot for a family!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! It was us, another couple, our two babies, and a dog and was the best spot. The yard was fully fenced for the dog. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone visiting Anchorage!

We loved our stay in this house. We had 5 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. It is near to all main roads and easy to access restaurants, shopping and nearby attractions. It was the best stocked home we have ever stayed in and the dogs loved the large fenced in yard.

Clean and great location
Josi's place is very clean. This is a great compliment because I am picky about cleanliness. The location is in a nice neighborhood, close to Anchorage and five minutes from beautiful, amazing Seward Highway. There is a Carr's grocery store very close by. There were plenty of blankets for us cold southerners. The beds were also comfortable. We appreciated Josi's place being dog friendly and loved the fenced in yard. Communication with Josi was good. We would stay here again. We love love Alaska and Anchorage and will be back!
