What I liked about the property was how clean it was, and all the little nice touches - washer and dryer WITH DETERGENT!! Coffee, and condiments. Lots of ziplocks. Yes, little things, but you didn’t feel like you had to go to the grocery store just to cover basic necessities. It also had comfortable hang-out area in the living room.

Our flight was delayed two days which meant we missed our original reservation. The host was so kind to us given our awful travel situation. She found a way for us to be okay given our new arrival date. She was kind, responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the space was perfect for our arrival needs.

Our host cancelled our 2 night stay the night before we were to arrive. She didn't bother to notify us. I left several messages with her to find out what our arrival instructions would be but had no response. VRBO was very helpful to help us with alternative last minute reservations.

Clean and convenient. When our trip was delayed by a last minute flight cancellation, the owner allowed us to change to the following day with no added cost.
