Amazing location with hot tub and front row views of Mt. Alyeska

The Alyeska View Guest House is conveniently located near the base of Mt. Alyeska. This home is perfect for families! Newly added hot tub on the upper deck as of May 2021! Two living areas with gas fireplaces give your group plenty of space. There is a dining room table big enough to seat the entire group. The large kitchen features stainless appliances, gas range, dishwasher and is well-stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms each have new beds & mattresses, the master bedroom has a sleep number king bed. Each bedroom features a single sleeper sofa in addition to the bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and is a perfect space for kids; it's a large room with a TV (cable & Roku included) queen bed and sleeper sofa.
Watch the skiers come down Mt. Alyeska from the huge living room windows, enjoy a walk to town square, access hiking trails nearby, dine at Jack Sprat or enjoy libations at the Sitzmark Bar & Grill- this is all within walking distance to the house!

We had a great stay! It was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of space, full kitchen, big entry way to keep our ski gear and great views of the mountains. It’s really close to the base lodge so we could walk over every day. We would stay here again.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY
My friends and I came to Girdwood to ski Alyeska Resort, and this property was absolutely perfect. The views are fantastic and the host was very kind. There was 10 of us staying and there was more than enough space in this 3 story house. I would absolutely recommend this stay!

To be honest I think they UNDERsell the great location if this wonderful home - it was a short walk through the resort parking lot to the lifts! Great home, lots of room for a group and a nice hot tub for after the slopes! Kitchen is well appointed (we cook alot) and the host was amazing with answering questions and overall service. Would 100% stay again!

Absolutely loved this property! The kitchen was well appointed, everything was very clean. Hot tub was clean and hot! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to in town and even were able to ski back to the house after a powder day on Alyeska. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Great location. walking distance to the ski lift, lodge and town. beautiful views. Spacious home with 2 cozy living areas. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. A+ location and accommodations for Alyeska!
Our family travels quite often to different ski resorts and have mixed reviews on places we've stayed. This is an excellent location and there is an abundance of space and beds in this property. It's well kept and very clean! We were able to make the short walk across part of the parking lot across the street to get to the slopes/lifts. It was even easy for my children (14 & 9) to walk and carry equipment. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Alyeska!

We cannot say enough about this beautiful family home. Accommodations & amenities were high quality and well maintained. Great mattresses, pillows, & all linens. Excellent cooking kitchen and gas grill on deck. Hot tub an extra plus. Property manager, Jackie, was a professional pleasure to work with. All correspondence and questions answered immediately.
