In a private park-like setting, your lush hideaway offers a gorgeous garden paradise (shared with the other rentals in the triplex). Make dinner on the gas grill, dine alfresco, and soak in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views of Cook Inlet.
The expansive views continue inside, where you’ll find a masterpiece of style and design. The crowning jewel is the kitchen, of course, described as “truly Alaskan with a bit of California Redwoods” by the magazine. Made from recycled fixtures and green materials, this iconic space features a steam oven, convection oven, two dishwashers, a Miele cooktop, and an exquisite redwood island.
Upstairs, two well-appointed bedrooms offer plenty of space to unwind - each has an office nook for working and learning remotely. Downstairs, a tranquil sunroom provides additional sleeping space with a sofa that can pull out to a twin or double bed.

THINGS TO KNOW
This home is the upper floor of a tri-plex and there are two additional rentals downstairs that can be rented as well.
The driveway allows for one vehicle per rental and any additional vehicles can be parked on the street easily.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
The fireplace shown in the photos is an aesthetic feature only and is not available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
