"The house is very spacious, clean, lots of space for different ages to be together. The pool is fantastic, was cleaned weekly. Local people very friendly and hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Surrounding villages and countryside are beautiful and Segovia is an absolute must see! "Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. There is a coin operated laundry and left luggage lockers in the basement. Excellent value for money. Only thing I would improve is to put the mop/bucket/broom etc in an aired...

"A wonderful place to stay in Segovia! The rooms are comfortable, the environment is quiet, and all attractions are within walking distance. However, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the internet was very slow one night and completely out the next. Unfortunately, we had no way to contact reception to resolve the issue."

"The hotel was immaculately clean. The lobby had a room area with comfortable lounging couches and chairs. The lemon water and fun little marshmallow candies were a nice touch. Our rooms were relatively simple and comfortable and warm. Good showers and the room service for cleaning was the best I have ever had in a hotel experience."
