A unique, spacious 4 bedroom OCEAN FRONT home on a quiet beach with calm water. This two story round home has a large yard, two large living rooms and a wrap around balcony with amazing views of the beach. Less than 15 minutes to Ricon, surfing, resturants and grocery stores. The villa is a beachfront house located at Añasco Bay in the western coast of the island. You can enjoy the view of the ocean, the sound of the waves and the most amazing sunsets. It's a two story beach house with a full kitchen, dinning room, living room with ceiling fan, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom in the first floor; and 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom and 2 living areas (one with TV) on the second floor. All around the second floor there is a balcony. At the back of the second floor there is a seating area, a laundry room and a 1/2 bathroom.

This private house is a home away from home with large yard with lots of tropical plants and fruit trees! There are 2 covered parking spaces, and direct access to the beach. You can step outside the gates and go straight to swimming in the ocean or you can stroll down the quiet beach.

This beach is great for watersports & adventure activities. I personally love to paddleboard.

For those who like to bike, the Anasco Mountain Bike Minions Trail is only 5 minutes away.

Every year during the month of April there is an Añasco Olympic Triathlon, where the swimming portion of the competition takes place in front of the house.

In July, the community celebrates La Virgen del Carmen with a procession on the water of boats carrying the image of the Virgin Mary.

The closest airport is about 30 mins away in Aguadilla (BQN). It's about 2.5 hour drive from the San Juan airport (SJU). We recommend you rent a car so you can explore all the island has to offer.
