"I can't recommend this place highly enough. I was traveling with my 70 year old mother and 14 year old daughter over Christmas week. We didn't have a rental car so we were worried about how it would work out, but John and his son were so incredibly helpful and generous with recommendations. We left the property clean and were overall pleased with this stay and was looking forward to leaving a great review but then we were hit with a $150 request for what we were told was a violation for smoking in the property. There was no swimming pool, no safe deposit box, no security, no cleaning, expired fire extinguishers, no phones in the room, no closets in the room. IT was completely miserable experience. i will never return and will not reccomend this property to anyone. "

"We loved the house and the property. The house was very nice and the property great for our family. The property is large without outdoor activities including pool table, pool and basketball court and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Puerto Rico also experienced an island-wide power outage during our stay and the home has a whole-home generator so we were not impacted other than loss of Wifi, which was minor compared to how many others were impacted. "

"Beautiful, clean, comfortable home RIGHT on the water. Heard the waves crashing from every room. Beautiful sunrise, sunsets. Fishing from the lower deck, relaxing in the hammock on the upper deck, secure parking. It's a densely populated area, but felt very private. We were near the locals, walking distance to a few good restaurants if you didn't mind a hill, and easy drive to the most beautiful places on the west coast. Our every need was cared for."
