The space comfortably accommodates 3 guests, with a queen bed that sleeps two and a queen air mattress available upon request. The bedroom features a charming electric fireplace and recessed dimming lights for a cozy ambiance. The fully stocked kitchen includes utensils, pots, pans, and cookware, ideal for preparing meals. Gather for family dinners and entertainment in the spacious kitchen and dining area. For your comfort, the property is equipped with a mini-split A/C and heating system. Brand new stacker washer and dryer available in unit. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoos, and all essentials for a comfortable stay. Stay connected with WiFi throughout the property and enjoy streaming TV options on the mounted TV in the living room. Free gated parking is available for one car. Nice property, friendly host.
This property is the mother-in-law unit (and his former ) on the host property. I had signed up for the one bedroom, cozy unit, but the host had a client who did not leave, so he gave me the larger three bedroom unit. That was nice and very roomy. However, I had wanted a walk-in shower, which was only available in the small unit. This was out of his control to some degree and he was very gracious in meeting my requests. It had a very nice backyard patio with lighting and the kitchen had all you need for eating in. I would recommend it.
