New beautiful 2500 square foot home in a safe neighborhood. Only 5 minutes drive from Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel Stadium, Knott's Berry Farm, Soak City and Disney Downtown. Sitting in heart of city of Anaheim and close to everything. Walking distance to parks, churches, restaurants. 15 mins drive from Huntington Beach, New Port Beach, Corona Del Mar beach. Only 45 mins from LAX, 1hr drive to Hollywood, Universal studio. 90mins from Sea World, San Diego zoo,and Lego Land.

The house has an open floor plan with spacious living room, family room, formal dinning room. One bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, suitable for the elderly and is wheelchair assessable. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. One large room with two queen beds . One mid sized room with queen bed. One master suite with full bath and a cozy nursery room with baby crib. Large living room and family room with well equipped kitchen and entertainment system. 3 Full baths. LCD flat screen TVs with Direct TV & Netflix, video games, unlimited high-speed internet access. 2 cars garage and good 5-6 parking spaces. Frontload washer and dryer provided for easy laundry. Strollers, high chair also available. Enjoy our private back yard BBQ, sitting areas with beautiful heated pool and spa.

ATTENTION: There is a Pool/Spa heating fee per night of 75$ for pool heating and 35$ for spa heating if you use the pool heater. Please ask owner for more details. If you decide to use the pool heater , please let us know at least 1 day prior.

Great stay and great location
We stayed there over thanksgiving weekend and the house was great for 4 adults and 3 kids. the location was perfect to visit Disneyland and also the ocean and very close to John Wayne airport. The home had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but hey, it’s not home. Toilet paper was thin, so we purchased some from the store and there was no washcloths or klenex’s. But overall our experience was great. Home had everything we needed. I would stay there again if we are headed that way.

Best of both worlds
This house provided the amenities of staying at a hotel and also the convenience of staying in a home. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, and everything you could need. The pool was perfect for our family to play in and it was a very short drive to Disneyland. They had everything that we realized we forgot and so many helpful items, we couldn’t have asked for more. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful!

Family Disneyland Trip
We had an excellent time playing at Disneyland and being so close to the park! It was a great location in a safe neighborhood, and the house was clean and had everything we needed in a home. The check in process was seamless.

Great for large groups!
We had 8 of us stay at this location (4 adults, 4 teens). Really clean, really great communication, and close to the Disney parks! We would definitely stay here again. The pool in the backyard was the best part of every night for all of us, made the trip extra special for the kids!

Great for families and groups
The place worked out very well for our family gathering. The accommodations for our wheel chair bound family member was important when finding a place and it didn’t disappoint. Everyone was comfortable. The property manager was very responsive to calls and inquiry about how to heat pool. The bottom of pool does need resurfacing. Overall great place

Fantastic
Thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and the pool. We all swam everyday and enjoyed cooling off after hrs at Disneyland. The house had everything we wanted except no propane for BBQ so we didn’t use the BBQ. I guess the clients before us didn’t fill the tank. Would highly recommend this house. Thanks

Real enjoyed the stay, was big enough for all 11 of us. Plenty of bathrooms too. Place was clean and great for what were in town for. Easy to contact property management. We blew a breaker from using 2 microwaves at same time. And they showed up within 10-15 minutes to resolve. Answered questions quickly thru email and text. So appreciative of the ease our stay was. Would book this property again Pool amd spa were great. Thank you.

Deceptive advertising
When the banner ad says “Heated Pool” we assumed we would have just that with this rental! We were very disappointed to be told as we drove up to the property that heating the pool would be an extra $75. per day!! The agent said the fee was what it cost in gas to heat the pool. I told him we had just sold a house in SoCal and our larger pool never came anywhere close to costing that much. Otherwise, the house was clean, kitchen well equipped and beds good. Hairdryers have no switches left so only blow very hot air and towels are a bit old. Windows are old and very foggy. Patio furniture needs some fixes and cleaning. Mediocre listing. Nice neighborhood

Pros: - close to Disneyland - Large house - Nice Neighborhood - 2 washers/dryers Cons: - not toddler friendly (lots of sharp corners and glass tables) - Air filters probably need changing (we all woke up with dry/swollen throats) - Furniture is uncomfortable (low to ground, hard to get up from) - First floor bedroom is a waste of space (with large awkward bed frame) - Owner never responded about pool - Pool is freezing without heat

Great property
Check in was a breeze, property was fantastic it has everything you need to make you feel at home. I recommend getting the pool heated, it is very pricey though and they don't tell you there's a 3 day minimum at $75 a day. That should be included in the description. There isnt a Foosball table anymore but thats ok. The showers come with hygiene products which is nice in case you forget yours. Loaded with towels and linens, plenty of washers and dryers (5)Overall great stay. Will use them again if needed

Overall, our stay was pretty good. Plenty of room in the house for the 4 of us, and very comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe and no issues with neighbors or noise. Very close to all amenities. A few negative things about our stay: the house was mostly clean, but some of the floors and walls were visibly dirty. The outdoor pool area was also not very clean. Central air did not seem to work in a few of the bedrooms upstairs, however they did provide many fans so we were able to make it work. Last, the pictures of the home and pool are manipulated to make the home and pool appear bigger than they actually are. We were a bit disappointed that the photos were misleading.

It was great until bed time
Property was good. Home is in good condition smelled very nice when you walk in. Very clean downstairs in the living room and kitchen. Kitchen looks newly updated. Lots of space for a big family, we were a group of 10. Downstairs bathroom needs the ceiling cleaned. It has mold above the shower. There was plenty on linen and towels in the home. Our biggest complaint was one of the bedroom upstairs with two beds. These beds are on plywood being used as a bed frame. Also they separated the mattress from the box spring and put a mattress topper on top of the box spring to count as a second bed. That is not acceptable to use or list as a bed. They really need to update the beds and frames in this room so no one gets hurt walking around the plywood. We went to Disneyland and my husband was not thrilled how hard the bed (faux bed) was to sleep on after spending 15hrs at Disneyland. Also the floor was no swept or vacuumed in this room and it is hardwood, so all the dust and dirt sticks to your feet. The home is nice but the beds need to be updated. If it wasn't for the bedroom with this awful beds and the bathroom ceiling mold, I would have given the home a 5 star review.

Worst experience ever - avoid at all cost!!
Booked this home in October '19 for a family trip (2 adults + 4 "kids" ages 13-22) to Disneyland in June '20. COVID killed the Disney plans but we kept reservation and spend 5 days poolside in California. Big mistake! Our flight was Thursday June 25. Many issues before trip including being told owner was "trying not to cancel" our reservation 48 hours before our flight. She informed me that they were completing a remodel of the home and that they were "trying not to cancel our reservation". She says that we can come and stay but there will be remodeling debris on the side of the house and in the garage, so we won't be able to park in the garage - no biggie. She promised to send the check-in information. I sent a follow-up text recapping my understanding that the home would be "fully-functional including all bedrooms and bathrooms". No response. Next day check-in information still hadn't been received so I was forced to call VRBO. They were able to get the owner to immediately send check-in information, so we continued with our plans. Below is what we encountered with this home as the trip unfolded: Informed upon arrival to LA on Thursday that the cleaning crew would have to come on Friday to deliver new floor mats and a shower curtain for the upstairs guest bath. They never showed, so -1 functional shower for the trip. AC didn't work upon arrival. We had to spend $60 at Target for fans to cool the home. AC was fixed midday Friday but they clearly knew it wasn't functioning prior to our arrival. No pool heat on upon arrival. It had to have the wiring hooked back up on Friday just like the AC. I watched both workers; both AC and pool heater had been disconnected. Hot water didn't work upon arrival. Finally fixed with hot water mid-afternoon day 2. One of the queen beds in the double queen guest rooms is no longer there. Our girls had to share a bed; nobody in party small enough for top bunk or trundle bed. BBQ grill is a fire hazard and is not usable. Of 3 poolside lounge chairs in pic, only 1 remains. Sewer backed into downstairs shower and garage on Saturday night. After owner said she couldn't get anybody there to fix that night, we spent $100 to reserve a hotel for Sunday AM so we could shower. Only after I informed owner of this did she say somebody was coming. Fixed close to midnight, but never sent cleaning crew. Only master bath shower functional for last two days. Out of space so must stop. Owner refused demand for partial refund.

Great stay
No complaints at all. The house was big, beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The rooms were big with comfy beds, everyone fit comfortably. There is the pool which we didn’t use much as it was chilly out and didn’t want to pay the extra fee to heat it up, which was a bummer. But in the summer months I bet it would be great! We booked a family trip to Disney, which was about a 10min drive or less which was the best to get back quick after a long day of fun. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and there were many businesses around which was nice (food, gas, etc.) Nice area. The check-in and out process was very simple as well. Very pleased with our stay. Would book again if we return.

Great house, comfortable beds. Very clean. The pool was clean and heated nicely. Most of the pools toys did not hold air and the pump is broken. An upgrade to the pool toys would benefit phuests.
