Came down to celebrate Graduation and birthdays. had a great time. Only things I would change is to get pod operated coffee machine and maybe a crockpot. We usually will throw everything in crockpot before leaving in morning so we have meal ready by time we get back. Saves on money and time.

Nice small house near Disneyland
We were a bit concerned pulling up to the house with a car parked in front with at least six bullet holes in the windows with evidence stickers. The house was clean with plenty of towels and dishes for our stay. One of the fan units in a bedroom did not work. There were ants in one of the bedroom closets. The timers in the lights in the master bedroom are a bit short, I took multiple showers in the dark as the lights turned off after five minutes. The thermostat is a Nest with motion control. Once you go to bed the thermostat resets to the high 70’s which is a bit uncomfortable. We would go to bed with blankets and had thrown them off and be sweating by morning. The property owner did reset the thermostat while we were there, but the motion sensor kept turning the a/c up. Also there was a sour/rotting smell in the back yard for our entire stay making the back yard unusable. The fire pit did not work in the back yard. Location is great with just a 3 mile drive to Disneyland.

The best yet!
Great home. Perfect for our teams stay. We came to town for the world championship and will try to book this place every year. It was the best! Excellent communication with owner. The home had everything you need for a greats stay.

Updated home with loud neighbors
Home has been updated and having 4 bedrooms was a plus for our family. The living room is relatively small and did not accommodate our nightly TV wind down time, but there are tvs in all the rooms. The back yard and back patio furniture are completely unusable. The streets are lined with cars making it hard sometimes to navigate getting into the driveway. We unfortunately had neighbors playing very loud music 2 nights in a row. Which after long days at the parks and being exhausted was very frustrating.

Very comfortable house, clean & modern. Great kitchen for entertaining. Decorations, furnishings are tastefully & thoughtfully done. Less than 10 min drive to Disneyland, huge plus. We were a group of 3 couples who drove to So Cal separately so we appreciated that the driveway could accomodate our 3 vehicles and that each room has its own TV. Phong was very communicative. We had a great stay. Thank you!

Quick family getaway
My wife, daughter, mother and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting Disney. We really enjoyed our stay. We were out and about a lot but the property we well kept, we thoroughly enjoyed the game room in the garage and we had everything we needed.

We stayed here for my birthday trip to Disneyland. My family of 6 fit perfectly. The house was clean, modern and spacious. Loved the games in the garage. Super easy to get to Disneyland and close. The owner was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the heater. I would book again!

A great spot for small groups
The 4 bedrooms with queen beds was great for myself and my 5 friends. The house itself was well presented, but we were a little bummed about the furniture in the backyard being a bit to dirty to use. This was supplemented by the nice walled in courtyard in the front of the home. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, and it's close to a supermarket and food spots. All in all, a solid stay.

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the house was perfect. Very clean, spacious, plenty of linen, right next to Disney and the neighborhood was pleasant as well. Would definitely stay again!

Worth a Try
Rooms were small and very near but the house was beautiful. Very spacious front and backyard. Host was courteous and available. Security cameras are everywhere outside and a professional cleaner arrived at checkout. Only downfall was the gardening service. It added a limitation to our stay. Although it is noted to be expected on Thursdays, they appeared on Friday. The location is in a decent area and the game room was a nice bonus.

Perfect!
This house has it all! Air hockey and foosball for older kids, a fenced in yard for younger kids, and comfy beds for the adults! I would definitely recommend this property to families planning a trip to Disney because it’s just a 10 minute drive to the parking garage!
