They shouldn't charge $10 for parking. It would be better if, like other hotels, it included 1 parking spot at no additional cost.

Plenty space for a family. Happy with a microwave in the room. However no coffee maker. Blanket on the top bunk very thin and no flat sheet. Asked for extra blanket and received with no problem. Heating/cooling unit was very noisy and second night we had to unplug from the wall to turn it off, since it was not responding at all. It definitely was not working properly. Decently clean room. Staff was pleasant.

As a solo traveler, my stay at Magnolia Tree Hotel in Anaheim was fantastic. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location near Disneyland was perfect.

Good restaurants nearby, clean and maintained property with amazing staff always there to help you out, if you face any issue just let the front desk know and they will fix it ASAP, recommend to stay here, would definitely visit again soon

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a group. The hotel's location was ideal, close to Disneyland and other attractions.

Rooms were full of spider webs, we found a cricket in the bathroom. From the pictures everything looks updated and nice but as soon as you come in the beds are dirty and dusty, bed sheet look stained, old and gross.

The bathtub grout and ceiling was riddled with mold. The floor was sticky and we had to wear shoes in the room. Told the front desk and she was very apologetic. Promised that her boss would call to resolve the problem and never heard from them again. Felt pretty unsafe being there as well, lots of weird people lurking around. Definitely looks much nicer in pictures.

The bed was comfy, the room was very clean, staff was amazing. The only down fall is that it is older and cheap furniture. But ultimately for the great price, thats ok. I would definitely stay her again. Just if your looking for more bougie this would not be it. If your looking for clean and comfort its a yes!!!

The hotel's location is perfect—close to Disneyland and other top attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area. They offer free coffee and samples like sunscreen, deodorant, and body lotion at the front desk, which was a nice touch. Overall, Magnolia Tree Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location. Highly recommend!

The staff here is always so nice and helpful when I stay here. This is my second time here. The beds are extremely comfortable. This is place has gone through a remodel and it paid off. We had some issues with our key working and the key reader but they worked to make us feel safe and appreciated.
