Great property and location. Carpet was filthy. Turned the bottom of my feet black. Entire Unit needs a good deep clean. The contact was great and easy to reach. THe place just needed to be cleaner.

It was clean but microwave wasn’t and my no actually had to clean and first night I was inform that no noise or loud after 10pm to 7am and at 12pm that Friday the top floor or the next door had loud music couldn’t sleep and next night the top floor people left water open and had all night water dripping from the roof and had to wake up by 6 am to open door from the bottom neighbor and firefighters that where call from the bottom neighbors and after 8 am the maintenance guy when to clean up with a vacuum and did his best to clean but we couldn’t use the restroom at all I couldn’t sleep and had to wake up at 6am for all the circumstances and couldn’t fall asleep again bad night didn’t enjoy my last night and worst part that by today I haven’t even had a call from the manager who is responsible of charging my credit card and my ID that if it was something that if it would had been obviously I would have had a charge and pay everything when I pay for a night and could even enjoy my night

Beautiful Apartment near Disney
The apartment was beautiful and the perfect location for my sister’s bachelorette party. It was close to Disneyland and other fun attractions. The only downside was the parking. You are only allowed one parking space at $25 per stay. We were told that there would be plenty of street parking. However, the street parking states that it is 2 hour parking. Luckily we didn’t have any trouble. I wish I would have known that there was only 1 official parking space allowed. Also, you only get 1 key which you need to have in order to access the parking garage or elevators. It makes splitting up difficult. This location would be ideal for a family!

I like that this property was away from all the hotel business close to Disney. But it was still close enough to drive to the park which we had no problem with. I think it was about 2 miles. Our host Maria was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Very clean and modern; spacious for a family and we had 5 adults and 2 small children and room for everyone. Will be back!

Great place to stay
We booked for a family trip to Disneyland. Having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen is so helpful. It had everything we needed and more. Bathrooms were big, kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials, plenty of blankets and very clean. Very easy to get to the park. We had such a great time we added a third night during our stay.
