Room wasn't clean, heater was horribly loud (had to turn off,) only one pillow supplied and the cover wasn't placed. They supposedly offered "grab and go" breakfast and there wasn't any, not even coffee service in the morning or in the room. Front desk was unaware of the presence of wifi. The parking lot seemed sketchy and was verified by security being present when you wouldn't expect that for this size of hotel. Room telephone didn't work. Shower plumbing was not working properly. Scolding hot and no way to temper it because the mixing lever kept sliding back to hot! What more can I stay? This was a horrible stay!

By observation , there’s construction being done somewhere nearby because there are a handful of construction workers in the parking lot at all times. Noticed a few unstable folks hanging around the property (i.e. an unkempt looking lady & her partner pushing around a small dog in a covered pet stroller). At night, I heard two people angrily yelling at one another just outside my window. I couldn’t discern what the commotion was about. The carpet in the room I stayed in smelled like stale urine and smoke ( even though it was a non smoking room). I believe I was in rm# 207 or was it 217? It was immediately to the left when you get off the elevator on to the second floor. I didn’t have the energy to complain since I was only staying for a night. No ice machines. Basic facilities. Upgraded WiFi has to be purchased by scanning a QR code.
