Sofia, the concierge, was amazing at helping get things set up for me (transfers, rental of a quad) and providing itinerary ideas. The staff who deliver breakfast each day were lovely and helpful. "The hotel is located at a quiet neat neighborhood. A short walk to the Fira town center; yet steep slopes, common in this island, could be challenges to some visitors.
