"The hotel was located in an area with good transport links. I found occasionally it was difficult in my chair with static electricity. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a shower is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair at times. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs. I had written to the hotel about a couple of issues, butdid not get replies. The restaurant staff were always kind and helpful. The wifi was occasionally a bit hit or miss. "

"This hotel was right in old town with easy parking. The room was very nicely decorated, large and very quiet, and walkable to every thing. There is a lot to do in Erfurt and we ended up staying an extra night. I would definitely recommend this property. "

"Having multi lingual staff was massively useful for those have us who are less skilled. The only thing I would ask them to add would be a doorbell. Trying to check-in after midnight (ICE train delays!) needed a friendly other customer to let me in to check-in. Not a huge issue at all, but would have been nice is all."
