"This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"Right at the beach, the Orni appartments are clean, and a bit away from the crazy cities dotting the Costa Brava. The host is friendly, and the rooms were clean and nice. Air conditioning was working properly, which we very much appreciated because the environment can be pretty humid. The town has a very interesting fish auctioning market, from 4 pm onwards, and we had not seen that before. The washing machine must be paid 3 Euros, which we found odd. "Very comfy bedrooms, sitting area, and functional kitchen. Short walk to beautiful sand dunes, beach, and bird-watching areas on river delta. During off-season it was a bargain. I would have been happy to spend several days there."
