"If you want peace and tranquillity this is for you! The wildlife was just fantastic, watching the swifts give such a display by the pool, and a very close display of kites and buzzards as the farmer was cutting the grass - just incredible. Most mornings we saw the dear/s in the lower fields. And of course the little bat that decided he would sleep under the wooden terrace during the day. "When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken. "
