The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. The rooms are well-kept and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the service at dining was very slow, when food or drinks were ordered it took some time, and it was only 4 of us ordering at the time. I can only imagine if it was busier. If this can be improved on it would be great.

Beautiful resort, clean, sunny, spacious, surrounded by nature. An amazing breakfast!!!! Very friendly services. The location is not beach front, but it has a lovely lake with kayak and stand up boards, swimpool and relaxing areas to hang out.

Incrível, provavelmente a melhor experiência em Icaraizinho de Amontada. Acomodações excelentes, atendimento impecável e biente lindo e acolhedor. Não dá vontade nem de sair do hotel para os passeios... Certamente volteirei próximas férias.

Notre séjour a été vraiment très agréable bien qu’il manque un petit peu de suivi de maintenance (peu de pression dans la douche,manque de spot dans la chambre ,pas de papier toilette,pas le nombre de serviettes ) Mais cela restera un super séjour .
