"Villa Serra was a pleasant surprise in the heart of Akko's old city. The historic building was part and parcel with the location, and could have passed for any number of apartments or dwellings from the outside. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful. Well-appointed with high end amenities like a top-notch coffee maker, and clawfoot tub. It's really a 5 star property in what would seem like the unlikeliest place. I particularly loved how they let just enough of the stone from the original...

"the place including elevators need a bit of an update and the parking is really bad around that area "

"Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."

"The room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. "
