Everything was extremely clean, heat and air worked perfectly, hot water was plenty which impressed us so much with it being an older home. "The place was so nice. Decorated so nicely with really with up to date appliances and furniture. Dont let outside entrance fool you. We loved the coffee bar and drinking coffee on the patio with wife. Covered patio was so peaceful with outdoor fireplace. Our mornings were spent there. Cottage is very very nice. Short drive to downtown Hot Springs. Overall great trip!"

"Last stay was under previous owner.. was worried it wouldn’t be the same. Was all good..pond was dry..and we couldn’t use burn pit.. but had plenty of heads up before hand. No fault of property. Very peaceful setting regardless of weather."

The wife and I tried and tried for about 30 minutes see if the connection would get better but it never did so we just gave up. We would stay here again however."
