"I rented this property after seeing it here and another rental site. An overnight getaway for my family members birthday. We arrived at the home and I realized I never received check in information. I called the renter who answered, apologizing, that they had removed the listing because the AC was out. I asked them what I should do and they recommended a few hotels and said they would act on a refund for me. After contacting the site a few days later I was told that in the fine print, It says...

"This place is great. It has water at the front and back. It is so peaceful. There are usually geese. I love watching them. This place is pet friendly. I love how it is simple and clean. The location is conveniently located close to Hot Springs. It is very close to Garven Gardens. The road to hot springs is a wonderfully drive, especially if you take Shady Geove Rd. This was our second stay and we will be back. "

"The cabin is wonderful. It is secluded so it is quiet. The porch with the hot tub and lights were a nice touch. The owners even left some breakfast foods and wine in the cabin for us, which was amazingly sweet! The owner recommended a local Mexican restaurant, Casa Royal. It had wonderful food and even better margaritas. It was a short drive from the cabin also. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and stay again. "

"Our family enjoyed our mini local getaway. It was the perfect location as it was nearby the mid-america science museum that we took our son to for a birthday outing. After wrapping up the day there we checked in at the cabin for the evening. It is a lovely cabin, and the host provided everything we could possibly need for our short stay! We appreciated all the complimentary snacks/drinks too. It was much welcomed after our day exploring around Hot Springs! Thanks again! "

"It's like camping. It's definitely better than a tent. The other reviews, people were mentioning how it smelled like mildew in the cabin, but it's not the cabin that stinks, it's the air conditioner. While we were there, it was cool at night, so we didn't need the air conditioner, i also brought a small fan. You will also need a power strip with extra plug-ins, probably wouldn't hurt to bring a broom. showers were a little moldy in some areas, but I packed some bleach cleaner, sprayed it and...
