"The place looks amazing and designed in the spirit of old Safed. I really enjoyed getting to know the owners of the place, they were super kind and lovely! They have thought of anything you'll need during your vacation. The apartment is close to all the interesting places in Safed. I am so happy that I chose this apartment. "The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. "The price for the apartment is reasonable. The apartment is small, and does not supply enough towels. We did not receive any instructions for picking up the keys and arranging for our arrival. The manager did not reply to our email inquiries. There were ants in the room. The air conditioning unit does not have any labels, and the place was very hot. "Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. Parking available on the property, which made it convenient for unloading of luggage and groceries. Anat the owner is a wonderful person. Will definitely stay here again!!"
