Perfectly nice room
"The room was clean and Cozy, super quiet location even though there is a highway near the hotel. The bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. The only issue was the shower pressure but that wasn’t even a big deal, still got clean. The breakfast was good as well. I’d stay there again for sure!"

"Owner was very friendly. We loved the shower. Would stay again if ever in Niagara Falls again. Flat screen tv in each bedroom and living room. Plenty of towels available. "This house was a very nice and spacious. It is located very close to the falls . The host was super nice and responsive.my dogs loved the walks in the neighborhood. We had an awesome time. Will definitely recommend this house."

Exactly What We Needed
"This place was exactly as described. The check-in process was simple and the host was responsive. The neighborhood is nice. It's quiet and has a lot of things in walking distance (awesome park, 7/11, a good bar and restaurant, etc.). We were going to a Bills game and found this location to be ideal. ..."

There are plenty of places to eat in Amherst and a good sized movie theater. We compared them and Duff's wings are better the Anchor Bar's.
