The Space:
This stately home in a family-friendly neighborhood features three floors of living spaces, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, multiple lounging areas, and lots of outdoor fun! The first floor features a beautiful open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, island seating for 2, a kitchen table for 4, and a large kitchen pantry. The kitchen boasts natural light and great views of the backyard. The kitchen flows into the family room with a cozy, power reclining couch and large Smart TV with surround sound. Flowing from the other side of the kitchen is a dining room with seating for 8 + a high chair. There is a den on the first floor with a queen bed, private desk space and large TV. The first floor also has a living room with comfortable seating, a half bathroom and laundry room.
The second floor has a large master suite featuring a king bed, large TV, jacuzzi tub, stand-up shower, dressing area, and walk-in closet. There are also two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with 4 twin beds upstairs. All bedrooms feature TVs ready for you to watch your streaming services and large closet spaces. There is a bathroom with two sinks and a tub shower on the second floor.
The basement is the ultimate hang-out spot in the house. It features movie theater style seating for 4 and large bean bag chairs in front of a big screen TV to create a theater room. There is a ping pong table and dart board for fierce competitions. The basement also features a bedroom with a full bed and two twin beds. There is a TV for streaming in the basement bedroom, too.
The backyard is a gem and has something for everyone. The deck/patio area is expansive and has plenty of seating for all. There is a grill for a cookout and fire pit for cozying up and making s'mores. The pool sparkles in the daylight and has plenty of lounge chairs around it for everyone to sunbathe. There is an outdoor bar with seating for 4 next to the pool. Kids will enjoy the swing set, complete with a slide, rock wall, swings, and a tire swing.
The garage is not accessible, but there is parking for 4 in the driveway and free street parking.
Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry. Guests are given a unique code within 72 hours of checking in.
Guests will have access to the entire property, except the garage. There is driveway parking and street parking.

There's a strong sense of community, with friendly locals often seen enjoying walks or chatting on porches. It's a great place to unwind in the tranquility of a small-town setting.

Getting Around:
A car is necessary while staying at this property. There is no public transportation nearby. Uber and Lyft are available, but may take time to find.
Other Things to Note:
THE HOME:
STAIRS: This house is 3 levels w/ stairs (two staircases) - one leading upstairs and one leading to basement. There are also stairs to enter the home. There is one bedroom on the first floor.
POOL USAGE: The pool will be available for use from Memorial Day through Labor Day. If nice weather, it may be open earlier/later, but it is not guaranteed. Swim at your own risk. (The pool will be closed starting the weekend of September 30th.)
GARAGE ACCESS: There is no garage access, but plenty of driveway or street parking.
INTERCOM: The intercom system is usable, but not guaranteed for guest use.
FIREPLACE: The indoor fireplace in the family room is not useable.
NO PETS: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet will be subject to additional cleaning costs and a negative review.
RULES:
NO PARTIES: There are absolutely no parties, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have security cameras and neighbors that will notify us of such events. You will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review. Extra cleanup is subject to a $45 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT: Due to the strict cleaning schedule and size of the home, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late checkouts. Check-in is at or before 4:00 pm and checkout is at or before 11:00 am.
BODILY FLUIDS FEE: As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the neighborhood. Please keep noise down during the hours of 9 pm to 9 am.
GUESTS:
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture. Guests may be asked to answer pre-booking questions before confirming the booking.
LOCAL GUESTS - Due to past negative experiences with local guests, we no longer host local guests. Any local guest reservation will be canceled.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total count. No unauthorized guests are permitted without permission from the host.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have their autonomy in the house. We, a team of expert hosts, are message away if anything is needed or there are questions about the property.
