In Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, we offer you this charming 40 m² apartment with mountain view, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises:
- 16 m² living room with queen-size bed (160x200), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Lounge area with double sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine

Additional equipment: tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A sunny 14 m² east/west-facing terrace with panoramic views over the Valespire valley and the Le Tech river. You'll enjoy a garden table with 4 chairs, parasol, BBQ, pallet lounge with cushions, 2 sun loungers and storage boxes.

The apartment is ideally located in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, in very pleasant surroundings, 5 minutes' walk from the town center and 10 minutes' walk from the thermal baths. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (Thursdays)...

Transportation :
- By car : you can park free of charge in the parking lot just opposite the building. An access card will be provided.
- The bus station is 5 minutes away.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
