This holiday home in Amel is a charming 3-bedroom house, only 1 km from the forest. With a capacity of 8 guests and gorgeous surroundings, this home is ideal for a group of nature lovers. Apart from the forest, you can also explore the lake which is only 7 km away from here.

The town centre is only 1 km away from here, and you can find cross country skiing only 3 km away. The nature reserve of High Fens is also nearby, and there are various hiking and ravel routes in the vicinity. Visit the Bellevaux brewery and the Ham curers in Montenau. Water sports, bike rentals and horse riding are available nearby. You can find general supplies, restaurants, tourist information and a public pool facility within a 5 km range. Take a day trip to nearby places such as Plopsa Coo, Malmed, Verviers, Leige and La Roche.

Comfortabel huis met ruimte voor 1 of 2 gezinnen met beperkt aantal kinderen. Grote tuin aanwezig, te bereiken via tuin van vriendelijke eigenaars. Gelegen in rustig dorpje in prachtige omgeving met verschillende uitstap mogelijkheden alsook wandelingen en fietstochten. Aanrader.

Mooi groot huis met 3 slaapkamers met 8 slaap plekken. 2x twee persoons bed en 4 ...
Mooi groot huis met 3 slaapkamers met 8 slaap plekken. 2x twee persoons bed en 4x enkel bed. Daarbij nog twee ledikantjes/campingbedje. Ideaal dus voor gezin met kinderen. Tevens een speeltuin bij het huis (buiten zicht van huis), met eigen terras en overdekte zandbak en speel huisje met veel speelgoed en baby schommel. aan de andere kant van het huis een publieke speeltuin met glijbaan en wipwap. Omgeving is goed te wandelen en te fietsen. Meeste wandelingen wel even kort met de auto. Huis zelf is gedateerd, zie foto’s. Maar daardoor knus en gezellig ouderwets. Met openhaard en hout is het snel warm te stoken. 2 koelkasten, wasmachine, vaatwasser. Alle gemakken. Ook nog een kinderbiljart in de kelder. Kelder is ook handig voor het droog neerzetten van je fietsen (wel via trapje). Kleine kinderen hebben eigen speel stoeltjes en tafeltje. En er zijn twee kinderstoelen voor aan tafel/eten. Gastvrouw erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Een vriendenweekend met kleine kinderen werd ons erg aangenaam gemaakt door een verwelkomend haardvuurtje, een fles wijn en snoepjes. Voor elk kind was er een bedje en een eetstoeltje, wat ons veel sleepwerk scheelde, omdat dit niet allemaal vanuit thuis meegenomen hoefde te worden. Een knus, goed onderhouden, maar oudbollig huis met veel verschillende leuke plekken in de buurt om naartoe te gaan.

Goede en vriendelijke ontvangst. Ruim huis met een hele fijne tuin, perfect voor gezinnen met (jonge) kinderen. Leuke speeltuin op 1 minuut lopen. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving, oa wandeling bij meer van butgenbach, daar kun je ook zwemmen. Grotten remouchamps, burcht bij burg reuland. Bedden goed. Wifi in het huis. Onze kinderen van 3,5 en 6,5 hebben zich heel goed vermaakt, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super huisje. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Heel proper. Van alle comfort voorzien. Kinderstoel en stoelverhoger aanwezig, kinderbedjes en verzorgingskussen, wc-bril verkleiner,... Groot huis. Gezellige open haard. Heel veel speelgoed aanwezig voor de kids. Enkel de tv is wat verouderd en geeft veel ruis. Wij hadden helaas heel slecht weer, maar toch een heel leuk weekend gehad. Super leuk huisje voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen.
