this cottage is in a strategic position because it is inside a bigger property with other two cottages but this one is in the best place with only the sea in front and privacy guaranted. If you like to escape from coronavirus this is the perfect place ,not close to other peoplebut in a beautiful garden over the sea.The village center is only at 5 minute walk and there you can find restaurants, bars and little food shops. In the cottage there are 2 bedrooms a living with kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine and outside there is a corner with a shower and a washbasin so cosy in summer! in the living outside there is a table where you can eat or have breakfast with only the sea in front of you and two sun beds perfect for reading or sunbathing also in winter in sunny days.
The terrace is the perfect placebo catch upover a cup of coffee.
Montemarcello is one of the most beautuful villages of Italy (certified as one" Borghi piĆ¹ belli d'Italia").
The village is at 230 mt on the sea level and to reach the beach of Punta Corvo there is a trail in the wood with about 700 step to go, sure a long walk but when you arrive you are rewarded by clear water and beauty.
the property has a private parking inside but from the main road there is a narrow little road that is only 200 meters long so if you have a medium-big car is better if you leave it in the pubblic parking (that is free) and we can come to take you with the luggage with our car.
We provide all the linen , change is made once a week (if you want extra change it costs 40 euro)
Included in the price:
wi-lan
consumption of electricity, water and only in winter time gas is included up to 3mc. per day that is enough to have an inside temperature of 20 degrees. If you use more the cost is 1euro per mc.
We are dog friendly but we require that your dog had an anti-insect treatment
(against fleas and ticks ) 3 days before arrivaland this is not only for the hygiene of the house but also for your pet's wellbeing.

Most beautiful spot, wonderful landlords

We loved our stay at the perfect spot so much. Montemarcello is a small charming Italian village and from the apartment you are overlooking the ocean - which we enjoyed much. Valeria and her son were very kind and always helpful, if needed, and respectful of our privacy and desire to spend some time with ourselves in quietness as well. If you enjoy walking in nature and hiking, you have found your perfect spot and will have more than a treasurable memory. I think we will return next winter. The apartment is just adorable and youā€˜ll find everything you need!Thank you again, Valeria, for such a magnificent time and as well the warmhearted present on arrival, a Panetone, which we enjoyed much.

Nichts zu meckern, zentrale Lage zu allen mƶglichen Ausflugszielen. Nette Besitzerin und der Ausblick bei schƶnem Wetter ist der Hammer. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts.

Besonderer Ort

Wir hatten zwar einige Regentage aber dennoch eine sehr schƶne Zeit hier. Die Gegend ermƶglicht kleine Wanderungen und AusflĆ¼ge fernab vom Cinque-Terre-Touristentrubel. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist atemberaubend zu jeder Tageszeit! Ein echter Geheimtipp!

Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Meeres in dem sĆ¼ĆŸen Ort Montemarcello. Perfekt geeignet fĆ¼r einen ruhigen Urlaub zu zweit! Der weite Blick Ć¼ber Meer und HĆ¼gel ist perfekt. Das Haus ist abgeschieden in einem privaten Garten. Viele Mƶglichkeiten zum Wandern und Radfahren. Cinque Terre nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schƶnes, sauberes Haus mit guter Einrichtung und wunderschƶner Aussicht auf das ligurische Meer. Alles bestens und wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem zu Fuss einiges erkunden mƶchte ist hier richtig. Zu beachten ist, dass wirklich nur sehr kleine Autos zum Haus fahren kƶnnen.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub. Traumhafte und ruhige Lage, saubere und gut ausgestattete Struktur. Direkt von der Unterkunft gibt es unzƤhlige Mƶglichkeiten zum Wandern. Etwas langer aber sehr schƶner Weg zu einer schƶnen Bucht.

La casetta ĆØ molto carina e cā€™ĆØ una bella vista dal patio del mare. La cucina ha tutto ciĆ² di cui si ha bisogno. Valeria ĆØ molto gentile. Lei faceva le prenotazioni ai ristoranti per noi. Ci piace ritornare lƬ! The small house was very lovely. There is a view of the sea from the patio. The kitchen has everything one needs. Valeria is very kind and helpful. She made reservations for us at restaurants. We would like to return some day.

Valeria ist sehr engagiert fĆ¼r Ihre GƤste und eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin! Das Maiwetter war super: tƤglich ca. 25 Grad zum Wandern und zum Baden traumhaft. Einfach ein super Urlaub! Traumhafte Lage mit unbeschreiblicher aussicht

AuƟergewƶhnliche Lage direkt an der SteilkĆ¼ste mit Terrasse Ć¼ber dem Meer. So etwas habe ich noch nie bewohnt! Appartement absolut sauber, alles notwendige vorhanden. Schlafzimmer mit nur kleinem Fenster nach hinten in den HĆ¼gel ausgerichtet, etwas gewƶhnungsbedĆ¼rftig bei der ansonsten so herrlich hellen Wohnung. Bei Belegung Ć¼ber 2 Personen fƤllt das Wohnzimmer leider dem Schlafsofa zum Opfer. Keine deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender, sehr gutes WLAN. Schƶn wƤre statt des Duschvorhangs, der immer an den Beinen klebt, eine feste TĆ¼re. Essensempfehlung: Trattoria Dai Pironcelli im Ort !! Sehr schƶne Zeit dort verlebt! Absolut wiederholungswĆ¼rdig!

Super Lage mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer

Die Lage ist perfekt, aber ein eigenes Auto ist praktisch Voraussetzung. Valeria, die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist mit Gasheizung ausgestattet, was je nach Wetter von grossem Vorteil ist. Die umliegenden Dƶrfer sind traumhaft und voll italienischem Flair.

Sehr schƶne Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer

Sehr schƶne, bestens ausgestattete Wohnung mit groƟer Terrasse. Sowohl von dort als auch vom Esstisch hat man einen unvergleichlichen Meerblick! Direkt vor der TĆ¼r beginnen wunderschƶne Wanderwege, ins Dorfzentrum sind es einige hundert Meter. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, Valeria hat unser gesamtes GepƤck zum Haus gebracht, da unser Alhalmbra deutlich zu breit fĆ¼r das ZufahrtsstrƤƟchen ist...Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt und die SonnenuntergƤnge sehr genossen!
