"I stayed at this hotel for 15 days, I found staff was very polite and friendly, bed was confirmable and room was clean. If I got a change, I would definitely book it again. It is cheaper to book it online like through hotels.com, then onsite. There are discounts if you book it or extend your stay with the staff on site. Each floor has separate Wifi router, so full coverage for Wifi regardless where you are in the hotel."

"We experienced an incredible stay at the Taj Deccan recently-the service at the hotel was top notch, highly personalised and took care of the smallest requests. Right from the front desk to the Chef at breakfast ( Chef Kumar) the housekeeping staff (Sonita) were all very attentive to our peculiar requests as my sister and I were travelling with my 15 year old nephew for his tennis training. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we were made to feel comfortable during what was otherwise a very hectic trip! will most certainly recommend the hotel. "
