Very clean and quiet. But, a few important things happened during our stay: 1. The door didn't lock. Front desk told me twice that they had fixed it so i climbed the stairs twice, both times the door opened with just a push again. Down the stairs to insist. It took maintenance 3 tries over a few hours to finally just change the lock entirely. (That included me having to climb the stairs with our luggage at least 3 times; one of the front desk men helped me two of those times thankfully). 2. The sides of the kiddie and adult pools are covered in algae. 3. The water in both pools was cold. My daughter kept shivering. I couldn't even last long in the water myself. I expected warm water due to their advertising "climatizado" but it was definitely not the case. Only the air in the covered pool was warm. No swimming for us. 😕 4. The TV didn't work until someone came to fix it. They said the box had disconnected itself.

El hotel es parte de una gran instalación que incluye muchas actividades, especialmente para niños: tirolinas, botes a pedales, muchos tipos de animales, etc. Nos alojamos allí para facilitar el acceso a hacer senderismo en los bosques cercanos, lo cual fue genial. La comida en los restaurantes es de muy buena calidad y el servicio es excelente. Debido a que hay tanta gente (para el hotel y los usuarios diurnos de las comodidades del complejo), puede ser ruidoso. El personal del hotel fue todo muy servicial y amable.

Loved everything that you can do close by. There was no coffee available to anyone until restaurant opened at 9am. Normally by then I’ve already had my third cup of coffee. Security there sucks. Had an incident with a security guard who was rude. What restaurant opens at 9am?

Outstanding property. Beautifully landscaped and absolutely clean. Very friendly, warm and proud staff everywhere, from Don José (Don Chucho) in the kitchen/dining area, David our waiter for most of our stay, and Miss Sol at the front desk. El hotel muy bien, el único problema es el personal encargado de las resevaciones, tiene muy poca orientación hacia la satisfacción del cliente, y trato poco cortés. Solicitamos apoyo para realizar el check in 15 minutos antes, y no accedieron, solicitud que incluso se intentó pedir con semana de anticipación, y la respuesta en su caso ni si quiera llegó a ser cordial.
