"The beach and pool were amazing. Secluded stay but close enough for a cart ride to town. The caretakers were amazing, we had a lot of laughs with them and any issue that came up they were there to help. We had 6 couples rent the entire property, there was plenty of room for 2 more couples leaving two extra beds for others. I would recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks Paul and family, you made our stay extra special. "

Traveling to San Pedro was a breeze, as there were plenty of places to rent mini golf carts. One nearby restaurant served delicious food; I tried a shrimp dish that featured coconut, with a mango sauce that I had never tasted before. It was flavorful, and I highly recommend it!"

"Everything about this place was perfect and the staff does an amazing job from the initial pickup at the airport to arranging excursions to the sad moment in which you must leave. Location was very convenient to lots of great restaurants and bars. Unit was immaculate at check in. I highly recommend a stay here. "

"We loved this location, further from crowds but enough restaurants and things to do to keep us busy and entertained. When we booked we didn’t realize that this rental also comes with daily cleaning and some of the best resort staff you’ll find. Was perfect for spending the day on their beach, using their kayaks and enjoying both the tiki bar and restaurant. Surrounding restaurants were great too! My boys ages 8 and 13 had a great time!"

"This location was absolutely beautiful. Opening the back door everyday to see the ocean shore was such a treat. My room was so spacious, so clean, and with the full kitchen it just felt like they’d thought of everything. It’s also located right by Truck stop for good food and entertainment and has a little store a short walk away that has anything you might need. It was so easy booking my excursions through the hotel, and the hotel’s price was cheaper than the prices I saw online for snorkeling Hol Chan. They gave me a map of the island and even gave me a water taxi schedule when I wanted to take a day trip to Caye Caulker. Helpful is not even the word. I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back 10 out of 10 ❤️."

"This owner needs to teach other people how to service customers. He was EXCELLENT as soon as i booked he texted me introducing himself and how to gain access to the property. Check in was very simple. Location is PERFECT for walking around to explore. I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints other than I shouldve stayed here the entire time I was in San Pedro. "
