The owner was super responsive and kind - (I got worried about some hill fires early in our stay, he put me at ease and was very reassuring)."

"The villa is great - big enough, clean, just refurbished, everything works good, furniture and kitchen appliances are very good, enough plates, bowls, glasses, towels etc. for 6 people. Suitable for small kids - safe and nothing to broke :) Huge lounge - terrace with a second kitchen, very convenient and nice. "We had a lovely time, at this wonderfully spacious villa and well-maintained grounds. Whilst we did take the opportunity to visit Rome, Herculaneum and some local beaches and towns, we spent most of our time enjoying the villa and the privacy of the peaceful grounds. "This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"

"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"The villa is situated high above Terracina with amazing views of the bays. The property and pool were fantastic and met all our expectations - clean, well serviced with everything needed for a short stay. Table football and table tennis made great evening entertainment following a bbq. The host (Andrea) was very helpful with the booking and during the stay 5*. Only thing you need to have is a car, as the beach, shops and old town Terracina are just too far to walk to in mid summer. "

"We had the most gorgeous stay at Villa Giada. The photos do not do it justice - it is spectacular. The layout is absolutely perfect for a large family. The main eating area by the pool is where we spent all of our time and then the little casitas that are on the property (all a few steps away from each other) allowed for privacy and down time when needed. "Wonderful Host. Luciana was extremely helpful. the home is located in a private gated subdivision, on a hill. It is completely equipped with dishes, utensils, dish, washer and a washing machine. has a private gate and a huge yard. At first the 6 km winding road from the town of Sperlonga to the house was a bit challenging but the view was spectacular.
