"Good Points; 1. This lovely boutique hotel has only been open for one year, so the decor and furnishings are in excellent order. 2. It's in a super convenient location, just steps from the Thiseio metro station, The Ancient Agora of Athens and the lower slopes of the Acropolis so we walked, or took the subway, to everything we wanted to see. 3. "I can't say enough great things about this hotel! The staff are the best I have encountered in a really long time. The hotel is top notch, super clean, very chic but not at all expensive. This hotel I would expect to be considered 5 star for three times the cost but its not. You are right in the heart of the city center but if you are not on your balcony, you can't hear all of the typical noises that plague city hotels. "Staff was very friendly and efficient with a greet little restaurant with lots of choices and a staff that treated us like family. The decor of the rooms lobby and exterior were very stylish and spacious. A great spot for flights out of Athens and a free shuttle bus which was always on time!!"

Helpful people just when we needed them

"We had to hastily rearrange our itinerary and our stay at the pinnacle, and the hotel team were very very helpful. The room was very comfortable, though getting the room temperature right (in February when it's a bit chilly outside) was a challenge. The view of the Acropolis from the top floor bar is awesome. The corrugated iron front on the closed bookshop next door to the hotel was a little off putting, but the hotel itself was in very good condition "

"The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are up-to-date. The staff is energetic, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast is excellent and the dining room has the best view in Athens. Downsides: most rooms don’t have a nice view. The dinner served in the dining room is expensive. The hotel is in the heart of the Plaka tourist district and there almost countless dining options nearby. Would love to stay here again. "
